The group normally meets on Monday and Thursday evenings between 18:45 and 20:45 at St Aidan's School, Oatlands Drive, Harrogate HG2 8JR, during school term times. During school holidays, any meetings will normally take place at the school between 13:45 and 15:45, that is, during the day, rather than in the evenings. Meetings are held in the main school building, in one of the science classrooms, overlooking the school car park. Usually, there will be a fire door propped open for easy access. There may also be a board in the classroom window advertising the group, assuming that someone remembers to put it on display!

†† Due to extensive renovation works at the St Aidan’s campus over the summer holidays, the afternoon meetings will not take place in the classroom normally used for club meetings. The sessions will instead be held in classrooms A016 and A017. A club committee member will be at the main entrance of the school with a security pass to allow access to the building just before the sessions are due to start.
††† The group's Annual General Meeting will take place at the Oatlands Social Club in Harrogate, commencing at 19:30. This meeting is only open to fully paid-up members of the club.
