The group normally meets on Monday and Thursday evenings between 18:30 and 21:00 at St Aidan's School, Oatlands Drive, Harrogate HG2 8JR, during school term times. During school holidays, meetings will normally take place at the school between 13:30 and 16:00, that is, during the day, rather than in the evenings. (The timings of both the afternoon and evening meetings are determined by the school, not the group.) Meetings are held in the main school building, in one of the science classrooms, overlooking the school car park. Usually, there will be a fire door propped open for easy access. There may also be a board in the classroom window advertising the group, assuming that someone remembers to put it on display!
